No complaints with any of the dutch bros shops I've visited be it here in Redding or over in Humboldt County before I moved here to Redding
Always good people and stuff but man alive sometimes they need to pay attention at the 273 location I can’t count how many times I’ve had a messed up drink from that location the other two in Redding fine but something about the 273 location not paying attention when handing drinks out and having to remind them it not the right drink and now holding up line bc they didn’t make it right so nothing really bad just need to pay attention more that all.
I like their lids that promote straw free use! Whole foods should use these instead of the kind they use. :) Coffee is better than Starbucks

The broistas are great here and my drinks are made Everytime...consistency is key for me...I don't like my blended coffees like icees but smooth and creamy and they nail it 99% of the time. This is technically my home spot so gotta show it loves...thanks guys you ROCK!
Best coffee around or anywhere in my opinion. All drinks are delicious hot or cold...service is always quick and staff is almost always in a really positive upbeat mood and very friendly and personable. I have never had a single issue with an order or staff member all experiences here have always been positive and professional. The drinks are a little pricey and I almost gave them one less star because a small is like 4.15 or something like that, but they are truly so god d so much better then the available competition that they deserve the 5 stars.

There are a lot of Dutch Bros locations in Redding. This one is by far my favorite. I feel like the lines go by faster, my drinks are consistently a good consistency and not too watery. They have never gotten my order wrong over the years of coming here. I appreciate that the employees are kind without being overbearing. Will I go out of my way to go to this specific location? Absolutely!
